cant' sleep part 2

once again i'm unable to sleep. i tried to sleep a few hours ago and the cat woke me up . I hate when this happens to me .....it's been crazy the last few nights. sometimes i'm able to sleep other night not so much . I'm starting to lost it man ..I seen a doctor who told me it's nothing. 

 Maybe it's all in my head maybe not. I'm not sure anymore about anything that's been going on with me the last few weeks. With the crazy headaches and not the unable to sleep thing ....I'm rreally having panic attacks or aniexty just not sure what to make of all these things. Well there is a Blizzard happening outside has we speak....it's pretty crazy if you ask me, ,,,,,,
